PRIVACY STATEMENT
This statement sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you will be processed by us; please read it carefully. For the purposes of the Data protection Act 1998 (the “Act”), the data controller is Horsatack Saddlery Limited (“us”, “we”, “our”, “HORSATACK™”). We would like to collect and process the information contained in your application form, plus details of your transactions with us and your use of your HORSATACK™ Rewards Club Card to:
- Help manage HORSATACK™ Rewards Club and improve the way we run it
- Understand our customers' shopping habits to improve our service
- Unless you indicate otherwise, contact you with offers and information about products and services that may be of interest to you
- Carry out obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to Australia and stored with our Australian sister company, Weatherbeeta Pty. It may also be processed by staff operating in Australia who work for us. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing and processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this statement. We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group of companies, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in Section 736 of the Companies Act 1985 or any equivalent provision pursuant to the Companies Act 2006.
