PRIVACY STATEMENT (Cont.)

We may also disclose your personal information to third parties if we, or substantially all of our assets, are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by us about our customers will be one of the transferred assets. The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Questions, comments and requests regarding this privacy statement are welcomed and should be addressed to Data Protection Compliance Officer, Beaumont House, Beaumont Road, Banbury, Oxon, OX16 1RH. We may also use and share information relating to groups of customers, without identifying individuals, to learn more about customer behaviour and find ways of enhancing our service.

THE SCHEME

1. The HORSATACK™ Rewards Club Card and Key Ring are issued by and remain the property of HORSATACK™ which reserves the right, at any time without notice, to:
   1. terminate the HORSATACK™ Rewards Card Scheme (the “Scheme”);
   2. decline to issue a HORSATACK™ Rewards Club Card and/or Key Ring to an applicant; and
   3. on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel a HORSATACK™ Rewards Club Card, Key Ring or HORSATACK™ rewards points (“Points “) collected, or to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Scheme. Reasonable grounds include but are not limited to,
      1. any abuse or attempted abuse of the Scheme, or
      2. any use or attempted use of a HORSATACK™ Rewards Club Card, Key Ring or Points in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions or
      3. our reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a member in connection with the Scheme.
