THE SCHEME (cont.)

2. All participants in the Scheme must be resident in the UK and for minors under the age of 12 a parent or guardian must consent. Parental consent forms are available at HORSATACK™ stores, please ask a member of staff for further Details.

3. The HORSATACK™ Rewards Club Card and/or Key Ring are not transferable, and can only be used by the person whose signature is on the application.

4. Members may be removed from the Scheme at any time at the discretion of HORSATACK™.

5. The HORSATACK™ Rewards Club Card and/or Key Ring can only be used at HORSATACK™ stores.

6. The HORSATACK™ Rewards Club Card cannot be used as a credit card, debit card or a guarantee card.

7. The Scheme is only for personal and consumer use. Points and Vouchers cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded. They may only be pooled by the individual member that’s signature appears on the application.

8. Your HORSATACK™ Rewards Club Card and Key Ring cannot be used for any transaction where the beneficiary is a business and/or the owners of a business.

9. The HORSATACK™ Rewards Club Card and Key Ring remain the responsibility of the HORSATACK™ Rewards Club Card holder.
