Lost Cards
Please pick up a new card and registration form available at all 
stores and follow instructions for lost cards. Any existing points will be transferred to your new card.
Change of Address
Change of Address and Details forms are available at all retail stores, simply fill out the form and drop it in the box provided.
How do I Join?
Simply visit the store and fill out a Rewards Club form to become a Rewards Club Member! You can activate your card at the Pay and Advice counter to get your bonus 100 points and start earning points straight away.
